What we sell
Pure Lab Research provides everyday merchandise such as scrubs and workwear, footwear, headbands, wristbands, and office/accessory items. The policy below governs how we process, ship, cancel, return, and refund these orders.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (U.S. holidays excluded).
Same-day processing: In-stock orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST are processed the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.
Order emails: You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package departs.
Currency: All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Where we ship: United States only (including APO/FPO and U.S. territories where carrier service is available).
Carriers & speeds: We use major carriers with tracked services (e.g., ground, 2-day, and overnight options). Available methods and real-time rates appear at checkout.
Free shipping: Orders $60+ qualify for a free, trackable shipping option (method shown at checkout).
Transit times: Carrier estimates begin after an order is processed and handed to the carrier. Weather and other factors may affect delivery.
Partial shipments: To avoid delays, items may ship separately at no extra cost.
Before shipment: Contact support@purelabresearch.com or 888-312-2456 to change or cancel an order before a tracking number is issued—no fees.
After shipment: Orders that have shipped can’t be cancelled. Please use the return/exchange process below.
Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery.
Condition requirements:
Apparel (scrubs/workwear): unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
Footwear: unworn, in the original box (placed inside an outer shipping box).
Accessories/office items: unopened and in resalable condition.
Not eligible: final-sale/clearance items and gift cards.
Who pays return shipping:
If we made an error or an item arrived damaged/defective, we cover return shipping.
For size/style changes or other preference-based returns, the customer covers return shipping (we can provide a label at our negotiated rate and deduct it from the refund).
Exchanges: We’re happy to help reserve the correct size/color once your return is in transit. Contact us for the quickest path.
How to start a return
Email returns@purelabresearch.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.
We’ll issue an RMA and instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).
Send the item(s) within 14 days of RMA issuance.
Inspection time: within 3 business days after the return arrives.
Refund method & timing: to the original payment method; most banks post within 5–7 business days after we issue the refund.
What’s refundable: item price(s) and applicable taxes. Original shipping is refundable only if we made an error or the item was defective.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something isn’t right:
Photograph the packaging and item;
Contact support@purelabresearch.com within 5 calendar days of delivery;
We will arrange a no-cost replacement or refund and provide any needed return label.
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms. Unless specified otherwise, promotions:
Cannot be combined,
Apply to merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping, and
Are not valid on gift cards or prior purchases.
